The Person
Oversee daily stock levels of pantry items including tea, coffee, milk, fruit, snacks and beverages
Set up and present pantry offerings attractively and in line with brand guidelines
Respond promptly and professionally to feedback or concerns
Maintain accurate stock records and delivery logs
Flag low-stock items and place restock orders as needed
Act as onsite point of contact for pantry-related queries or requests
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding inventory updates
Ensuring safe food handling practices are adhered to
Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients
