The Position

As Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a single-person site while continuing to deliver exceptional customer service and food experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building positive relationships with clients and customers.
• Managing daily catering and food service operations.
• Ordering stock and managing inventory requirements.
• Completing weekly reporting and administrative tasks.
• Driving operational efficiency while maintaining service quality.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensuring compliance with company and food safety standards.
• Acting as the face of the business on site.

The Person

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Is ready to step up into a leadership position.
• Demonstrates strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Enjoys building relationships with clients and customers.
• Has experience delivering high-quality food and service experiences.
• Possesses sound commercial awareness and a willingness to learn.
• Is proactive, positive and self-motivated.
• Wants to develop their management and operational skills.
• Qualifications in hospitality or business management are advantageous but not essential.
