THE POSITION

• Stakeholder management and client engagement.
• Firmly making your mark on the business; building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives.
• Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes.
• Driving operational efficiency to maximise financial results without compromising quality.
• Stay ahead of culinary trends and introduce new ideas and concepts that enhance the client’s experience.

THE PERSON

• Outgoing, creative and a bold thinker with an eye for details and strong organisational skills.
• Hospitality and service is engrained in your DNA with experience in creating and delivering high profile events.
• Love creating memorable experiences through food.
• A real passionate foodie with a flair for innovation and presentation.
• Qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred.
• Sound commercial knowledge and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities.
• Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive, and motivated, with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals.

A current National Police Check and full working rights will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for these positions.
