Compass Group Australia will deliver essential support services at Peninsula University Hospital, one of Victoria’s largest health infrastructure projects. We will provide vital services, including, cleaning and waste services, security, grounds and gardens and more. As a public hospital with clinical services provided by Peninsula Health, this facility will play a key role in supporting the community—be part of something bigger and help shape the future of healthcare in Victoria. 

THE POSITION  

• Cleaning patient rooms, operating theatres, offices, and public spaces. 

• Preparing rooms for new admissions and assisting with discharge cleaning. 

• Using approved cleaning products, disinfectants, and floor machinery. 

• Managing stock, reporting issues, and safely handling biohazardous waste. 

• Following strict health, safety, and infection control protocols at all times. 

THE PERSON 

• Takes pride in high standards of cleanliness. 

• Respects patient privacy and understands hospital sensitivities. 

• Works well in a team and adapts to changing priorities. 

• Can obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check. 

• Is willing to meet hospital immunisation requirements.
