Lead Delta FM's facilities maintenance operations across Anglo American sites in Central Queensland (Middlemount, Moura and Moranbah). Responsible for client relationships, financial performance, contract KPIs, service delivery, safety leadership, and operational excellence. This Brisbane-based role requires regular site travel to support teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure successful project and maintenance outcomes. Flexibility to perform Maintenance Manager relief at site when required.

The Position

• Typically, 5 days on 2 days off roster, Working in the Brisbane Office and frequent travel to sites.
• Lead facilities maintenance operations across multiple remote sites
• Manage client relationships and drive contract performance
• Oversee budgets, financial outcomes, and commercial performance
• Ensure delivery of contract KPIs, compliance, and service excellence
• Identify growth opportunities and support business development
• Lead, coach, and develop site management teams
• Drive a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance
• Support projects, asset management, and continuous improvement initiatives

The Person

• Trade Background with remote management experience in the resources sector or building and construction industry.
• Proven (5 years min) leadership experience managing facilities, maintenance, or asset management operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and revenues exceeding $10M.
• Demonstrated success building client relationships and driving contract performance.
• Trade or technical background within the mining, resources, construction, or facilities sectors.
• Extensive experience in contract management across transition, mobilisation, and operational delivery.
• Strong understanding of WHS, compliance, risk management, and industry legislation.
• Track record of leading high-performing teams across remote and multi-site environments.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
• Diploma in Building Constructions/Project Management / Business Management /Quantity surveying/Facility Management or other relevant industry diploma.
