We are currently seeking a highly motivated, flexible and experienced Corporate Receptionist Supervisor to oversee our team at one of premium corporate clients, based in Sydney, CBD!

THE POSITION

A strong focus on providing and delivering a premium service of customer service
Diary management, mail distribution and general administrative & switchboard duties
Ensure Reception area and meeting rooms are professionally presented at all times.
Handling guest inquires and complaints while maintaining brand standards
Facilitate seamless flow of operations and assisting site manager

THE PERSON

Experienced in a comparable client service / corporate environment
a passion for exceptional service with at leading from the front
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, calendar and diary management skills
A hands-on leader who can jump in and show how it is done
Impeccable grooming with a warm and engaging service style
