The Position
We are currently sourcing for an experienced Corporate Receptionist based in Adelaide CBD! Showcase your premium experience in our corporate sector!
Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
Following established procedures and registration with regard to both expected and unexpected arrivals
Book meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
Ensure emails, intranet and phone enquiries are managed in a timely manner
The Person
Experienced in a comparable reception/client service environment
Excellent communication skills and Administration experience
Impeccable personal presentation
Good Organisational skills
*Due to the nature of these roles, a baseline background check may be completed prior to starting, therefore either residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement*
