Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, a Recruitment Advisor position has arisen, based in our Cannon Hill Office.
The Position
Manage your own regional portfolio
Proactively sourcing candidates using various marketing strategies
Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the end to end recruitment process
Partnering with site stakeholders for current and future growth recruitment activities
Developing a pipeline of candidates across operational disciplines
The Person
Proven experience across either internal or agency recruitment
Experience in the resources and remote sector, is advantageous, but not essential
Someone looking for a stepping stone to eventually move into a Recruitment Lead position;
Or alternatively, someone not interested in management, but who loves working with sites to ensure their vacancies are filled!
