Based in Brisbane, you’ll manage recruitment for our National Premium Casual Pool, hiring for hospitality roles across our premium venues and high-profile events. Love the buzz of hospitality and the satisfaction of filling roles fast? This is the perfect fit for you.
Key Duties
Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for casual pool employees
Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at all points of the process
Building strong and effective relationships with the business managers and offering excellent customer service at all levels
Sourcing and managing a talent pool and deploying them to sites at short notice.
Proactively working as part of our great team and assisting others when required
The Person
Proven experience across either internal or agency recruitment for volume roles.
Experience in hotels & hospitality is preferred but not expected.
Experience in using recruitment systems (Page Up experience is a great bonus!)
You work well within a team and contribute to overall team strength through collaboration
Customer focus in everything you do
Ability to meet KPIs and work to tight deadlines.
Ability to provide a great candidate experience through your exceptional verbal and written communication skills
