Recruitment Advisor - Strategic

The Role:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar roles, including leadership and professional positions across in-unit and above-unit site operations, as well as portfolios such as Tastelife, Safety, and Omega.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Coordinate and participate in tailored recruitment campaigns and events, including assessment centres and targeted sourcing initiatives.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment advice and market insights.
- Maintain and engage a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs.
- Collaborate closely with your team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Experience using Pageup or at talent acquisition software of similar nature will be highly regarded
The Person:
- Experience in white-collar recruitment, ideally within corporate, professional services, or site-based leadership environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for recruitment and a desire to grow your career in a values-driven, people-focused organisation.
