The Opportunity
Are you ready to shape the future of retail? We’re looking for a passionate Retail Category Specialist to partner with our Retail National Manager and drive strategy, innovation, and seamless operations across our beverage category. In this pivotal role, you’ll have a direct impact on consumer experiences and play a key part in our commercial success.
As part of our new structure, we’re seeking a dynamic professional with proven expertise in the beverage category, ideally with experience in the Petrol & Convenience channel, including Food to Go, Front of Store, Gifting & Merchandise, Apparel, and Services Hub. Broad category management experience is highly valued, and exposure to emergency and convenience retail will set you apart.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 3+ years in Retail, FMCG, or Supplier environments
- Retail Knowledge: Understanding of operations, consumer behavior, and sales strategies
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and deliver practical solutions
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to collaborate across teams and engage stakeholders
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and Excel to provide actionable insights
- Project Support: Experience implementing initiatives in retail or service settings
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field
