The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Retail Category Specialist to support the National Manager – Retail in driving retail strategy and ensuring seamless operations across diverse categories. This role is pivotal in shaping consumer experiences and delivering commercial success. 

In this new structure, we’re seeking a dynamic professional with proven expertise across multiple categories: Tobacco & Alcohol, Bakery, Food to Go, Front of Store, Gifting & Merchandise, Apparel, and Services Hub. Broad category management experience is highly valued. If you can drive commercial success across diverse portfolios, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 3+ years in Retail, FMCG, or Supplier environments
• Retail Knowledge: Understanding of operations, consumer behavior, and sales strategies
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and deliver practical solutions
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to collaborate across teams and engage stakeholders
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and Excel to provide actionable insights
• Project Support: Experience implementing initiatives in retail or service settings
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field
