THE POSITION
You will be responsible for responding to site staff requests and for booking employees into requested shifts.
Working with our recruitment team to increase casual pool workforce i.e., screening, interviewing, and running assessment centres.
Coordinating on-boarding processes, administering new starter packs, issuing payroll documentation, reference checking etc.
You will be the first point of contact for all casual pool employee queries.
Facilitating learning and development on site, including developing training plans, arranging, and conducting training on site.
You will be supporting sites with their rostering needs.
Drive compliance and process evolution to our labour budgets within the Urban Business.
THE PERSON
Experience in working with roster-to-pay labour systems.
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
You will enjoy high levels of inbound/outbound communication.
Great attention to detail and a flexible approach to work.
Clear & engaging communicator – you will be dealing with lots of people!
Highly organised showing ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines as required.
Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite is required.
