ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some
- Minesite staff contribute to the upkeep of operational areas by:
- Performing waste management duties
- Conducting general maintenance tasks
- Supporting logistics across the site
- All utility staff, including cleaners, catering, and minesite workers:
- Operate in harsh and isolated environments
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols
- Collaborate closely with catering, cleaning, maintenance, and site management teams
- Help ensure the village remains clean, functional, and welcoming
- Play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing and morale of the workforce
- Are essential to the overall success of the mining operation
THE PERSON
- We’re looking for dedicated individuals who want to grow with us. We value team players who bring reliability, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to being part of a supportive, long-standing team.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Background in hospitality, housekeeping, industrial or commercial cleaning
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safe use of equipment
- Willingness to work in remote locations and hot weather conditions
- Australian Driver’s Licence required for certain roles
- Reside in SA with full work rights
- Ability to work 11-hour shifts, day or night, and assist in other areas as needed
