ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

Administration position:

Salary: $87,713 + Superannuation
Roster: 14 days on, 7 days off | 10-hour shifts
Location: Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO)

The Position:

• Manage accommodation and room bookings
• Coordinate flight bookings and travel arrangements
• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails
• Welcome and assist guests at reception
• Restock onsite retail areas as required
• Perform general administrative and office support duties
• Assist with onboarding new employees and system setup
• Provide occasional housekeeping support when required

The Person:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous administration experience, supported by a Certificate III or IV in Business or a related qualification
• Experience using accommodation booking systems within a hospitality, tourism, or village environment
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• A professional, friendly, and team-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, guests, and senior management
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Mandatory Requirements

• Current NSW RSA
• Current White Card
• Ability to successfully complete a Pre Employment Medical, including drug and alcohol screening
