We are currently seeking a full-time Site Manager to join our team in Southbank. In this role you will oversee and manage the daily production of the kitchen and service as well as manage all aspects of the site financials and client reporting

The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Client management, event planning and operational setup to deliver successful functions
• Mentoring and growing your team
• Conduct regular site inspections, client follow-ups, and liaison, ensuring operation meets Compass Group standards
• Work cooperatively with the operations and kitchen teams daily, provide strong leadership and guidance  
• Consistently re-evaluate working practices in terms of efficiency, innovation and cost-cutting procedures and seek out and implement new practices where required
• Invest in relationships with industry peers and colleagues to ensure best practice methods are applied and the team is up to date with industry/global trends

The Person

• Demonstrated experience at the management level, qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
• Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering environment
• Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
• A proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive, and motivated with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
• A Foodie at heart
