The Position: A Leader of premium hospitality, you will: 

• Liaise with senior executives and their clients, multiple stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver seamless, high-impact events and daily services. 

• Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and innovation. 

• Drive operational excellence, balancing financial performance with uncompromising quality. 

• Champion continuous improvement and elevate service standards across all touchpoints. 

The Person: A Hospitality Professional with Prestige: 

• Act as the key client and guest-facing representative, delivering exceptional hospitality experiences through a hands-on leadership approach. This is not an office-based role. You will be actively present on the floor, engaging with clients and guests, ensuring exceptional service standards, and confidently advising on menus, wine pairings, and premium service delivery. 

• Proven leadership in fine dining, luxury hotels, or high-end corporate hospitality. 

• Qualifications in hospitality or business management (preferred). 

• A polished communicator with a client-first mindset and a passion for service excellence. 

• A proactive, professional leader with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. 

• Eligible to obtain a National Police Check.
