THE POSITION

• Prepare and deliver high-quality food across multiple service periods
• Lead, train and inspire a small team
• Ensure consistency, quality and efficiency in high-volume production
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and innovation
• Maintain top-tier food safety, allergen and quality standards
• Drive organisation, workflow and daily kitchen operations

THE PERSON

You're a skilled culinary professional and natural leader who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food and service.

• Minimum 3 years' professional experience in a commercial kitchen
• Cert III in Commercial Cookery or higher qualification
• Strong understanding of large-scale food production and service delivery
• Proven ability to lead a team and set standards
• Highly organised, reliable and calm under pressure
• Passion for quality, consistency and continuous improvement
• Experience working within high-volume hospitality, catering or workplace dining environments is highly regarded
