The Position
Manage stores and inventory by receiving, inspecting, recording goods, conducting stocktakes, and maintaining storage areas.
Coordinate timely deliveries, liaising with suppliers and internal teams for efficient logistics.
Support procurement processes, including processing purchase orders and monitoring supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with food safety and OH&S standards through regular checks, audits, and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, compliance documentation, and generate reports on stock and expenditure.
Assist with operational logistics and support safety initiatives to promote a secure and efficient work environment.
The Person
Forklift license (LF)
Experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory coordination roles.
Strong organisational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
Excellent communication, people skills, and team collaboration.
Physically fit with manual handling ability
Knowledge of environmentally sensitive or zoological settings and sustainability practices.
