The Position
Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, this is a customer centric role that is dedicated to providing an exceptional level of service to the Client’s organization throughout the office operation.
The role is responsible for assisting and supporting the deliverable services for the Client in all aspects of the contract.
Responsible for various reporting of office work, security, workplace safety, stock and maintenance; coordinating subcontractors on site, ensuring the corporate floor maintains a high level of appearance, support with on-site document management, mail management, placing orders using adequate platforms, liaison with suppliers and other workplace support.
Ensure cleanliness and overall organization of all areas of the office at all times including reception, meeting rooms and general common areas.
Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate parties.
The Person
Experience in similar role/industry and/or a strong customer service background.
Ability to build and maintain effective and strong relationships with clients, visitors, vendors, landlords and colleagues as well as being able to self-manage, work cooperatively and collaboratively with others and have a flexible approach to function under pressure.
Ability to provide the highest level of customer service in a continually changing environment with a strong emphasis on consistency, flexibility and time management.
Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to consult effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Intermediate to advanced MS office skills.
