The Position

• Maintain store areas by keeping dry goods, cold stores and delivery zones clean, organised and compliant
• Manage incoming goods through accurate receiving, quality checks and temperature monitoring
• Coordinate stock storage ensuring items are labelled, rotated and stored safely
• Support kitchen operations by restocking promptly during peak service periods
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the leadership team
• Assist with waste control by sorting, compacting and removing waste safely
• Follow safety procedures to uphold food safety, people safety and airport compliance standards

The Person

• Physically fit with the ability to handle manual handling and fast‑paced operational tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards across all store areas
• Reliable and punctual, consistently meeting rostered times in a secure airport environment
• Safety‑focused mindset with adherence to food safety, equipment safety and airport compliance
• Valid RSA required to handle alcohol restock within the lounge
• Team‑oriented attitude, contributing positively to daily operations and supporting colleagues
