THE POSITION
Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, this position supports the e-Business team.
Provide administration or customer service skills to our internal and external customers.
Ensure that the Master Catalogue Management System is kept up to date with the latest products and pricing as provided by Foodbuy Managers and Suppliers
Implementing individual requests from the Business in a timely manner. Assisting internal clients through Compass IT Helpdesk.
THE PERSON:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service / administration role.
Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills, able to establish & maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
A self-starter and the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Experience using Microsoft Office software: Excel, Outlook and Word
