We currently have a rare Taste Life Coordinator / Health and Wellbeing Coordinator opportunity on one of our flagship villages in Moranbah QLD.

The Position

• Plan and deliver engaging social events on site
• Conduct a variety of group fitness activities and classes for residents
• Implement and assist in the coordination of company-wide health initiatives
• Monitor and maintain all sporting, leisure and recreational activities / facilities on site
• Conduct Health Assessments and Gym Inductions for residents
• Provide educational seminars as required
• Ensure communication and reporting processes are followed
• Roster: 14 days on, 7 days off
• Salary range: $80-90K 
• Location: Moranbah QLD - FIFO from Brisbane or DIDO from Mackay and surrounding areas 

The Person

• Certificate IV in Fitness, Diploma of Sport and Recreation or health related degree is essential
• Current first aid and CPR certificates
• Passion for physical and mental health and fitness
• Previous experience conducting group fitness activities and classes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in technical aspects of gym and recreation facilities
• High level focus on engagement with Clients and village residents
• Events coordination and health promotion background
