ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We are currently seeking a Team Lead to join our team at Zeehan Village in Zeehan, Tasmania. This is a full-time permanent position offering a stable role within a supportive team environment.

• Location: Zeehan Village, Zeehan TAS
• 9 days on, 5 days off (11hours per day)
• Typical hours: 7:00am – 5:30pm (most days)
• Full-time permanent position
• Annual salary: $86,957 + Superannuation

The Position:

• Supervise and support a small cleaning team
• Perform and oversee floor stripping and sealing
• Conduct routine quality inspections and checks
• Maintain safe and compliant work areas
• Complete hazard reporting when required
• Use basic computer programs including Excel and Word

The Person:

• Previous cleaning or facilities industry experience
• Experience leading or supervising staff
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A team player who is flexible to assist across different departments
• Committed to workplace health and safety procedures
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude
