We are currently sourcing for a highly skilled Unit Manager for our high profile tech client in Sydney, Pyrmont. You will be leading a skilled team, driving a culinary edge, and focusing on high-quality service and immaculate food presentation :
Key Duties :
Stakeholder management and client engagement
Firmly making your mark on the business; building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives.
Delivering a seamless operation to the employee food program and adhoc functions
Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes
Developing leadership and employee capability, and foster a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
Driving operational efficiency to maximise financial results without compromising quality
The Person :
Demonstrated experience at management level with a background in culinary and catering
Qualifications in hospitality with business management
Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering environment
Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive, and motivated, with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
