Join our Transhipper operations team and be part of delivering a premium living experience for crew members working in a unique marine environment. We are seeking experienced Utility All Rounders who are passionate about hospitality, safety, and providing exceptional service while working onboard an offshore vessel.

In this hands-on role, you will perform a variety of duties across housekeeping, laundry, kitchen support, dining services, and general cleaning. Responsibilities include servicing crew cabins, changing linen, maintaining accommodation areas, operating laundry facilities, assisting with food preparation and dishwashing, supporting meal service, replenishing stock, managing waste and recycling, and ensuring all communal areas are maintained to the highest standard. You will also participate in vessel safety procedures and emergency drills while maintaining strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and offshore safety requirements.

To be successful, you will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team in a remote offshore environment. Previous FIFO, offshore, hospitality, housekeeping, or utility experience will be highly regarded.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Current MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
• Ability to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical 
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol Screening (DAS)
• Current Australian Working Rights
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
