Brett Kern is the Operations Manager at the Gallipoli Barracks in Brisbane, QLD. He’s been with Compass Group for over six years, starting in a Hospitality Allrounder and Kitchen Hand role. Since then, he’s handled various jobs including Cleaner, Groundsman, Barman, Assistant Site Manager and Site Manager.
