THE POSITION
• Cannon Hill Location
• Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Responsible for providing administration support to our portfolio of sites
• Perform site-specific service desk duties with clients ranging from Defence, Department of Education and Utilities
• Perform Administrative duties involving reporting and general correspondence
• Entering customer service requests in relevant FM Software
• Answer correspondence and communications in a timely manner
• Provide high quality customer service
THE PERSON
• You will preferably have experience working in a role with high volume, complex bookings/requests
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience in the provision of superior customer service
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and initiative and hardworking
• A strong desire to work collaboratively within a team and ability to work autonomously
