For AO26, we’re looking for Kitchen Stewards / Kitchen Hands to be the backbone of our back-of-house operations. This is a vital support role that keeps our kitchens clean, safe, and ready to deliver world-class food service.

Important: This is not a food preparation role – the focus is cleaning, washing, and portering.

The Role

• Operate commercial dishwashers and clean kitchen equipment

• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards across busy kitchens

• Support kitchen teams by keeping workspaces tidy and organised

• Handle waste bins, recycling, and general back-of-house cleaning

• Complete repetitive, physical tasks like lifting, walking, washing and scrubbing

• Assist with deliveries and stock movement when required

About You

• Physically fit and comfortable on your feet for long shifts

• Hospitality, cleaning, or kitchen experience

• Reliable, positive, and a strong team player

• Able to take direction and work efficiently in fast-paced environments

• Strong focus on hygiene and safety
