We are seeking experienced Baristas to join our Upper North Shore casual pool, working across  sites in Pymble and Hornsby. This role suits someone who brings strong technical skills, confidence and a genuine passion for quality coffee.

This is a casual pool role. Shifts are offered based on operational demand and your availability. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary week to week.

THE POSITION
• Provide warm and professional customer service
• Prepare high quality coffee with strong knowledge of grind adjustment and extraction
• Operate coffee machines and grinders with speed and precision
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace in busy corporate settings
• Deliver efficient service with a welcoming approach
• Complete daily cleaning and machine maintenance procedures

THE PERSON
• Two to five years experience in quality coffee service
• Passionate about hospitality and coffee culture
• Strong presentation with attention to detail
• Available to work weekdays
• Confident using a range of commercial coffee machines
• Strong communication skills and professional manner
• Holds a Barista Certificate with confident latte art skills
