Bus Driver / Utility Attendant 

Greater Southern Perth Based Drive in Drive Out (DIDO) | 14/7 Roster | 12‑Hour Days

• Drive‑In Drive‑Out (DIDO) – no flying involved
• 14 days on / 7 days off roster
• Accommodation, meals & uniforms provided while on site

• Salary: $91,312 + Superannuation + Allowances

ESS provides multi‑service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from gold mines in the Australian Outback to offshore operations globally.

THE POSITION

• Safely operate large 50+ seater buses and coaches to transport site personnel
• Complete pre‑start checks and ensure vehicles meet safety compliance standards
• Support day‑to‑day site and village operations
• Work as part of a small, supportive team with strong on‑site leadership

THE PERSON

• Hold a HR Driver’s Licence for a minimum of 12 months
• License to Carry Passengers
• Demonstrated experience driving large passenger buses (50+ seats)
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
• Full ongoing work rights in Australia required. No short term Visa holders.
