THE POSITION

With great customer service and Supervisory experience, you will be an expert in all things coffee and have the ability to:

• Oversee daily operations of the Call Centre Café, ensuring compliance with brand standards and delivering consistent service excellence
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to meet budgets, targets, and performance goals
• Train, support, and effectively manage team members to drive strong performance
• Bring a warm, welcoming, and genuinely people‑focused personality to the role
• Work collaboratively within a close‑knit team environment

THE PERSON

• Proven management experience within similar environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, motivate, manage, and communicate effectively
• Experience conducting training, mentoring, and performance appraisals to support team capability and career progression
• Excellent financial and analytical skills, with experience managing budgets and allocating resources to maintain a profitable and sustainable business
