The Position

• Utilise your solid understanding of coffee to build on a loyal customer base.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to create daily and weekly specials.
• Train and mentor a small but mighty team of hospitality professionals.  
• Maintain ordering of stock and supplies.

The Person

• Strong barista experience, with confidence leading a small operation.
• Able to engage with a diverse clientele, from parents to school Executives.
• Reliable, organised, and takes pride in ownership of the café
• Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen management.
• Hold a valid Blue Card
