THE POSITION
- Washing high volume of dishes with a commercial dish washer
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Set up and serve meals in the dining areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergy management procedures.
- Support the wider catering team with day-to-day kitchen operations.
THE PERSON
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen as a kitchen hand
- Friendly, reliable, and works well in a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced setting.
