Catering Assistant

$27.50 per hour + Super

• School Holidays off – Stand down period
• Predominantly Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm doing deliveries

The Person

• Must hold a clean and valid driver's licence
• Must be able to drive manual
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy boxes
• Background in hospitality highly advantageous
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
• Have strong organisational skills
• Excels in high-pressure environments
• Thrives in collaborative, small-team settings
• Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
• Being flexible to handle diverse tasks

The Position

• Drives and delivers supplies
• Assist the kitchen to prepare and present food and beverages
• Provide friendly customer service
• Fast paced environment
• Operate the till to take orders and process transactions
• Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Adhering to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices.
