Our opportunity: 

We are looking for Catering Supervisor to work with our Kew Gardens Aged Care team based in Kew. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations and the performance of our passionate catering team members. 

The Role:

• Manage day to day operations, including staff supervision and rosters
• Hands on and assistant the kitchen in food preparation
• Provide a warm welcome to all residents, responding to all request in a timely manner
• Be a point of contact for complaints, ensuring they are resolved
• Ensure client satisfaction by fostering relationships with key stakeholders

About You:

• Ideally, you’ll have previous leadership experience of front of house and/or back of house teams
• Be a team player and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
• Food Safety Supervisor training (or willing to complete)
• Possess a National Police Clearance, COVID and flu vaccinations (or be willing to obtain)
