We're looking for a passionate and experienced Chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in delivering exceptional food, and enjoys creating memorable dining experiences for guests travelling from around the world.

The Position

• Prepare and present fresh, high-quality meals across breakfast, lunch and dinner service
• Deliver restaurant-quality food within a premium airline lounge environment
• Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and allergen management standards
• Support menu execution, food production planning and stock control
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Ensure food is consistently presented to the highest standards of quality and freshness
• Contribute to a positive, safety-focused and high-performing team culture

The Person

• Qualified Chef with experience in high-volume commercial kitchens
• Passionate about food quality, presentation and hospitality
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, flexible and able to work a rotating roster including weekends when required
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, catering or aviation hospitality highly regarded
