$35.15 p/h ($28.12 + 25% Casual Loading) + Super 

• Located in Virginia, Brisbane
• Monday, Thursday, Friday 6.00am-1.00pm - guaranteed min 20 hr p/w
• Free onsite parking/close to public transport          

THE POSITION

• Assisting in preparation, cooking and presentation of food ensuring that it is delivered to an exceptional standard across our menus and daily specials
• Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
• Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
• Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control
• Ensure the safe production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided

THE PERSON

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery or 3 years’ experience in a fast paced, high-volume setting
• Ability to work within budgets
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate to juniors & senior members of staff
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control
