THE POSITION
- Prepare, cook and serve meals at this Bundoora site
- Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
- Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
- Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
- Monday shift and Friday shift each week, with the option to pick up extra shifts
THE PERSON
- Proximity to this worksite in the Melbourne suburb of Bundoora
- Knowledge of food hygiene & workplace health & safety protocols
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or another Chef qualification)
- NPC Police Check holder (or be willing to obtain a police check)
