Compass Group is seeking Casual Chefs to join our Canberra casual pool. This role offers a wide mix of shifts across multiple sites, giving you the flexibility to choose what works for you while gaining experience in diverse environments.

THE POSITION
• Prepare, cook and present high quality meals
• Maintain strong awareness of nutrition and healthy eating
• Support all stations and areas of the kitchen
• Follow health and safety and food safety standards
• Minimise wastage and support efficient kitchen operations

THE PERSON
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in fine dining, events or functions with strong attention to detail
• High energy with professional presentation
• Willing to work across Education, Venues and Corporate sectors
