THE POSITION
- high-volume cooking with a set menu, a great opportunity for someone who enjoys consistency, efficiency, and teamwork
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen support tasks
- Maintain a strong customer focus, responding to feedback with a positive and proactive approach

- Proactive and willing to take initiative to support the team and take on additional tasks as needed
- Self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently to meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and procedures
