We’re also very experienced at looking after the food and beverage needs of corporate offices, distribution centres, and manufacturing facilities. 

THE ROLE

• Manage a small team both back and front of house, overseeing food production and service for all onsite retail catering and functions and events activity 
• Maintain effective customer and client relationships
• Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training staff
• Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required

THE PERSON

• Experienced Chef Manager with a Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery 
• Experienced in bulk cooking and functions catering
• A high level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365 
• Strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead and mentor teams both back and front of house
