$36 p/h + 12% Super

• Part time position based in Melbourne CBD.
• Monday to Friday corporate hours. 
• High end corporate client.

The Position:

• Work collaboratively within a skilled kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality meals.
• Ensure full compliance with OH&S regulations and follow best practices in food safety and hygiene.
• Oversee catering controls and stock management, with a strong focus on minimizing waste.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture by offering outstanding customer service, sharing ideas, and being adaptable to meet business needs.
• Support both daily service and catering functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Bring experience in high-end or fine dining environments to enhance the quality of service delivery.

The Person

• Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
• 4 years in high end/fine dining with catering is an advantage  
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Be a team player but also be able to work autonomously.
• Attention to detail and great time management is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations.
• Flexible and adaptive nature, able to fit in with changing teams.
