  Join a premium corporate catering team in Melbourne’s CBD as a Head Chef. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality dining experiences for corporate clients.

  The Role

• You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef to support daily kitchen operations
• Deliver fine dining, executive catering, and polished corporate events throughout the week, with occasional evening functions
• Oversee catering controls and stock management, with a strong focus on minimizing waste
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture by offering outstanding customer service, sharing ideas, and being adaptable to meet business needs
• Have the freedom to create new dishes and lead innovation

• The Person

• 10+ years’ experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within corporate or fine dining settings
• Strong skills in supporting daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and innovation
• Ability to assist with menu planning featuring local, seasonal, and plant-forward ingredients
• Experience mentoring and motivating kitchen staff
• Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and stock management
• Professional communication skills and client-focused attitude
• Comfortable working with digital systems for ordering and rostering
