We are seeking an experienced and reliable Chef to join our team supporting the Australian Defence Force through our ESS business. This role is suited to a chef who enjoys bulk cooking, supporting lunch and dinner service, and working within a structured and supportive environment.

Role Location:
RAAF Williamtown, NSW

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing high quality buffet style meals for lunch, dinner and functions
Maintaining food safety, OH&S and HACCP standards
Supporting stock control, inventory management and kitchen organisation
Delivering consistent quality, presentation and service
Working as part of a small team to meet daily service requirements

What we’re looking for:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Experience in commercial kitchens with bulk cooking and a la carte service
Sound knowledge of HACCP, allergen management and food safety
Passion for quality food, presentation and teamwork
Reliable, organised and safety focused approach
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
