THE POSITION
Prepare fresh, nutritious meals daily for 300 boarding students
Lead a small team in the evenings and on the weekends
Assist with functions and events during the year
Monitor stock and minimize wastage
Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation
Training provided

THE PERSON
Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
Experience with bulk cooking preferred
Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
