Casual Chef

$38.75 per hour plus 12% Super

• Monday - Friday (Occasionally Sunday)
• 7am -3pm
• 24 - 38 hours per week
• No nights or split shifts

THE POSITION:

• Food production for high-volume catering and functions across multiple corporate sites
• Communicate effectively within the culinary team to ensure completion of tasks and goals
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
• Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS

 THE PERSON

• 3+ years Chef experience and must hold a minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery
• Specific background in corporate catering / events / high volume catering 
• Strong eye for detail
• High degree of food safety & allergen awareness
• Ability to work with a diverse kitchen team in a fast paced, dynamic environment
