The Position:

• We are looking for a passionate, dedicated & experienced Chef, to play a pivotal role in providing onsite catering to our corporate guests whilst offering an exceptional level of customer service
• Showcasing seasonal produce, sustainability, local producers & the latest industry trends
• This role will see you creating exceptional dining experiences within the corporate arena, and the opportunity to advance your culinary career   
• Help guide and mentor the team to deliver to the highest standards
• Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
• Comply with OH&S and food safety guidelines

The Person:

• Must hold a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery
• Great communication and customer service skills 
• Have experience in a comparable venue environment including multi-venue catering
• A proven ability to deliver a range of menus including canapes, plated dinners, buffets, corporate meetings, and themed special events
• Comfortable working with and leading a small team to deliver dynamic and creative events to the clients
• Thorough knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations, and ability to design and implement new systems and processes 
• Strong attention and respect for OH&S, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
