$27.09 Per Hour + penalties + 12% Superannuation

• Rotating roster: Flexibility is required, with shifts commencing as early as 5:00am or finishing as late as 8:00pm, depending on flight schedules.
• Up to 37 hours available per week
• Shift‑based entitlements include additional penalty rates depending on rostered hours worked

The Person

• Positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of daily cleaning tasks
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience in hospitality, commercial or airport environments (ideal but not essential)
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all areas meet strict presentation and hygiene standards
• Reliable and punctual, consistently meeting rostered times in a secure airport setting
• Strong safety mindset with adherence to airport, chemical handling and equipment safety protocols
• Professional presentation with a tidy, well‑groomed appearance suitable for a premium environment
• Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, lifting, bending and working on your feet
• Comfortable working independently while also contributing positively to a small team

The Position

• Lounge cleaning duties include maintaining all guest areas to a consistently high presentation standard.
• Bathroom hygiene upkeep involves thoroughly cleaning and sanitising restrooms and ensuring amenities are fully stocked.
• Chemical handling compliance requires dispensing, diluting and storing chemicals strictly in line with manufacturer instructions and airport safety protocols.
• Surface sanitisation includes wiping and disinfecting high‑touch points throughout the lounge during service periods.
• Waste management covers emptying bins, managing recycling and ensuring safe disposal of waste.
• Stock replenishment involves monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies, bathroom products and equipment as needed.
• Equipment operation includes safely using vacuums, floor machines and other cleaning tools.
• Maintenance reporting involves promptly notifying management of any hazards, faults or incidents identified during cleaning duties.
• Team collaboration includes working closely with lounge hosts, kitchen staff and supervisors to support smooth daily operations.
