THE POSITION

• Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures
• Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
• Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
• Stock control and rotation as laid out in site procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

THE PERSON

• Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S
• Excellent time management, organisational, communication skills
• Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
• Possess a National Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
• Positive attitude and with a view to progressing in a culinary career
